At Teiruma, customers are our top priority. Therefore, the following return and warranty policies are designed to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience.



The warranty covers quality damages only within 30 days from the date of purchase.
It will be verified that the items are clean, in good condition, and without any modifications.
The items must be complete and include their original accessories.
The following conditions are not covered by the warranty: damages caused by natural wear and tear, excessive use or washing, improper use of the product, mistreatment such as unstitching, torn fabric, and alterations caused by chemical products.
The item will be inspected to validate the application of the warranty. We will repair any manufacturing defects within 20 business days.


Exchanges are accepted within 20 days after the purchase has been made.
It will be verified that the exchanged items are new and show no signs of use. *The original design must not have been modified.
Only applies to regular products.
Does not apply to items on promotion and/or discount.
The exchange will be made for an item of equal or higher value than the initial piece.
If the value is higher, the customer must cover the price difference.
We do not provide cash refunds.
The procedure for warranty is as follows:

Send an email to info@teiruma.co with the subject CHANGE AND/OR WARRANTY PC.
Include in the message the reason for the exchange, name of the item, date of purchase, and a photo of the defect.
